Karina Hoffnung has been a professional singer, songwriter, composer and pianist since 1989.
She discovered her passion for music early on. She also started playing the piano as a small child and then studied in Brazil and Europe.
She has participated in several musical projects, competitions, congresses, symposia, festivals, shows and courses.
Between 2001 and 2006, she worked in Brazil as a choirmaster for seven elementary schools and two social projects and was awarded first prize in the 2004 São Paulo Competition of Choirs (CPP).
In December 2009, she moved to Switzerland and began to devote herself more to the work of composition, which resulted in four demo CDs: one with Brazilian songs, two instrumental and one with music for children.
She is currently singing in various choirs in Switzerland since 2010, as well in solo concerts and in partnership with several musicians.
